Maxima is born from the unusual conjugation between technology and medieval inspiration. The technology is granted by the creation of “Maxisystem”, an innovative system of cast aluminium joints for the legs and the arms in tubular aluminium to link the polypropylene seat and back without welding points. The medieval inspiration rises from the research of a back with cracks that recall the visor of an helmet in the medieval suit for armours.Behind this cuirass is hidden the proud and fighting character of MAXIMA, the warrior chair.

Chairs and tables design

The idea was to play an extra large – hence the name XELLE – or in other words, on emphasising the size of the tubular aluminium. The unusual dilated extension of the tubular elements and the carefully studied exposed welding – inspired by the sosphisticated yet essential construction techniques of ites that symbolise cutting-edge technology, such as racing bikes – have been combined with rounded, welcoming form to make a friendly, comfortable product, complete with all of the requisites for contract service.

A dynamic chair marked by the wind. Is the wind that folds its legs, bends its arms, arches its back ……. as to protect itself and in an emotional impulse, wraps up and hugs it numerous guests. The mark is dynamic, smooth, round, inspired to the years ’50 design and in line with the proper vocation of the chair: to welcome, to receive, to meet. Gentle features, short arms to go easily under the table, stackable up to 10 pieces, suitable for indoor and outdoor use, Giorgia is a project to satisfy all needs of the contract market.

Aquilante is a table designed on the basis of funcionality. The result is a sober and balanced product supported by a modular base which is available in different versions: with either three, or four, or five feet made out of a single aluminium casting.
